Salt Spray Machine – Salt Spray Test Chamber is used to test material corrosion resistance by producing salt fog. So it is also called salt fog test chamber. This salt spray cabinet is widely used in painting, coating and other industries.

This E01A continuous salt spray test chamber performs the test at a certain temperature. It is suitable for pH neutral salt solutions (NSS) or acidified solutions (ASS and CASS). If a repeated cycles test is needed, cyclic corrosion chamber is better.

1. Unuo Salt Spray Corrosion Test Chamber Features

  1. Double over-temperature protection: the healing power can be automatically cut off when there is a temperature control table failure or a heating system failure. Avoid excessive temperature damage to the Salt Spray corrosion test chamber.
  2. Double low water level protection to prevent dry burning of test salt spray machine and pressure tube heating tube.
  3. Overload short circuit protection. Prevent damage to the instrument and the internal electronic control components of the instrument when an abnormality occurs. Any low water level appears.

  6. Optional Control Methods: This salt spray test chamber comes standard with button control, with touchscreen control optional. This caters to different customer needs and budget requirements.
  7. Add a Water Purifier
    Our salt spray testing machine is equipped with a water purifier, allowing users to directly connect to a water source. The purified water output reduces the impact of water contamination on the test. Furthermore, replacing the filter cartridge is very simple, as consumables are readily available.
  8. Equipment Materials
    The entire salt spray testing machine is made of PVC, which is not only corrosion-resistant but also easy to clean. For NSS tests, we typically use the standard machine thickness. For corrosion resistance tests such as CASS, we offer upgraded, thicker machine bodies to extend the machine’s lifespan.
  9. Machine Test Chamber Sizes
    To meet the requirements of different test volumes and sample sizes, this machine is available in several sizes: 108L, 270L, 480L, 800L, and 1440L. We also offer customized size services for your laboratory. For customers with limited space, standard-sized machines may not meet their testing size and room requirements, so we can provide customized machine size services.
  10. Transparent Atomizer
    The atomizer of this equipment is transparent, allowing users to easily observe whether there is crystallization or blockage inside. We have a long-term, stable supply of atomizers for salt spray chambers.
  11. Transparent Nozzle
    The nozzle of this equipment is transparent, allowing users to easily observe whether there is crystallization in the nozzle, facilitating cleaning and easy replacement. We have a long-term, stable supply of nozzles for salt spray chambers.

  13. Machine Top Cover
    The machine cover is a transparent acrylic cover, allowing for easy observation of the testing status. The 108L and 270L covers are manual, while the 480L and larger sizes have cylinder-driven automatic opening and closing covers for user convenience.
  14. Defogging Function
    During salt spray testing, the humidity inside the chamber reaches approximately 100%, causing fogging on the machine top cover. This machine has a defogging function that removes fog from the chamber, allowing for clear observation of the samples.
